How to enroll with sbtpg
Step 1
Log in to the MyTAXPrepOffice website.
Step 2
Locate the Financial Products widget displayed on the Dashboard and select sbtpg.
Step 3
Complete the information requested on the sbtpg ERO Enrollment screen.
Enter the desired Transmission Add-on fee (Max $84) if applicable. Check the consent box if applicable.
Enter the Service Bureau Fee if applicable.
Step 4
Click 
on the bottom right to view each tab and provide required information.
Step 5
The User Setup tab will prompt you to create login credentials that will be used for the sbtpg website.
Step 6
Once all required fields are completed, you will be prompted to review the sbtpg Financial Services Agreement (FSA). Check the box to indicate you have read, understand and agree to the sbtpg FSA.
The enrollment application will be transmitted to sbtpg within 24 hours. Once the enrollment application is approved you will receive a welcome email from us and the Financial Products widget will display an "Enrolled" status.
